1. Who we are

This information is provided under Article 5 of Romanian Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce and Article 6 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Definitions

Seller – LOGICHUS LINE S.R.L., acting as a trader.
Customer – any natural or legal person placing an order through the website.
Consumer – a natural person acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Made-to-order product – goods manufactured to the specifications chosen by the Customer (material, finish, colour, dimensions or other configuration options).
Order – the Customer's binding request to purchase one or more products.

3. Subject of the contract

The Seller offers furniture and interior objects made to order, based on the configuration chosen by the Customer. Every item is manufactured individually after the Order has been placed and confirmed. We do not sell from ready-made stock.

4. Formation of the contract

The Customer selects the products and the desired configuration and enters the delivery and billing details.
Before submitting the Order, the Customer receives a summary of the products, the total price, the delivery cost and the estimated lead time.
The Order is submitted by pressing the “Order with obligation to pay” button. Pressing this button creates an obligation to pay.
The Customer receives an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the Order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of the Order.
The contract is concluded at the moment the payment is received by the Seller. Until then, production does not start and the Seller may decline the Order, in which case any amount collected is refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment

Displayed prices include VAT at the statutory rate and are shown in the currency selected on the site.
Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately before the Order is completed.
Payment by card online is the only accepted method. We do not accept cash on delivery or any other payment method.
Payments are handled by an authorised payment processor. The Seller does not store card details.
An invoice is issued for every paid Order and sent electronically by e-mail.
The Seller may correct obvious pricing errors. If the correct price is higher than the one displayed, the Customer is informed before the Order is processed and may withdraw, with a full refund.

6. Production and delivery

The production and delivery lead time is 4–6 weeks, counted from the date the payment is received.
The lead time is an estimate and may vary depending on material availability and the complexity of the configuration.

7. Right of withdrawal

The products sold are manufactured to the Customer's specifications and are clearly personalised. Under Article 16(c) of GEO no. 34/2014, which transposes Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, such goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

This exemption does not affect the Customer's rights in the case of non-conforming, defective or incorrectly delivered goods. Full details: Right of withdrawal and returns.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity under Romanian Law no. 449/2003 and GEO no. 140/2021: 24 months for consumers and 12 months for legal entities. See Warranty.

9. Customer obligations

Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when placing the Order.
Check the chosen configuration before submitting the Order; once production has started it can no longer be changed.
Ensure access for delivery at the indicated address and check the condition of the package on receipt.
Use the website lawfully and without impairing its operation.

10. Cancellation

The Customer may cancel the Order free of charge before the payment is received. After that, production begins and the Order can no longer be cancelled, except where the Seller is unable to perform the contract.

The Seller may cancel the Order if payment cannot be processed, if the data provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if performance becomes impossible for reasons beyond its control. In such cases all amounts collected are refunded in full within 14 days at the latest.

11. Intellectual property

The content of the website – texts, photographs, drawings, graphic elements, structure and code – belongs to the Seller or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

12. Liability

Images are illustrative. Minor variations in shade, texture and wood grain are characteristic of natural materials and do not constitute a lack of conformity.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints may be sent to contact@aristocollection.ro. We respond within 30 calendar days at the latest.

Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection and may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. The Seller has not undertaken, and is not required, to use an ADR entity to resolve consumer disputes. Details: Consumer protection.

The contract is governed by Romanian law. Consumers habitually resident in another EU Member State retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

The Seller may update these Terms and Conditions. The version applicable to an Order is the one published at the time the Order was placed. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

15. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
