Cookie Policy
Which cookies we use, why, for how long, and how to change your choices at any time.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember information about your visit — for example the language you selected or the items in your cart. Alongside cookies we also use similar browser storage technologies (localStorage).
2. Legal basis
Cookies that are not strictly necessary are placed only with your prior consent, under Article 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004 (transposing Directive 2002/58/EC) and Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent: without them the site simply cannot work — you could not stay signed in or keep items in your cart.
3. The categories we use
3.1. Strictly necessary always active
These ensure basic functionality: session, shopping cart, authentication and CSRF protection.

3.2. Functional optional
These remember your preferences. If you decline them the site still works, but preferences are not kept between visits.

3.3. Analytics optional
These help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. The data is aggregated and statistical. No analytics tool is currently active on the site. If we enable one, it will load only after you consent to this category, and the table below will be updated.
3.4. Marketing optional
These would allow relevant advertising on other sites and measurement of campaign performance. We do not currently use marketing cookies. The category exists in the preferences panel so that we can ask for your consent in advance should we enable such tools.
4. How to control your choices
- On your first visit we show a panel where you can accept all, reject all or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- You can change your choices at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
- Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and takes effect for the future.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may render the site unusable.
5. Third-party cookies
Some resources are loaded from third-party servers (fonts, JavaScript libraries, the payment processor). The payment processor may set cookies strictly necessary for securing the transaction and preventing fraud, on its own payment page. We have no control over cookies set by third parties; we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
6. What we record about your consent
To be able to demonstrate consent under Article 7(1) GDPR, we record: the categories accepted, the date and time, the policy version and a shortened, irreversible form of the IP address. We do not use this data for any other purpose and keep it for no more than 24 months.
7. Changes
We update this policy whenever we add or remove cookies. For a substantial change we will ask for your consent again.
